Terms of Service

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Likha LA are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason except in the event of an error on our part (see Section 3). Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Likha LA is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, or delivery errors caused by the carrier. Additionally, we are not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.

3. Our Errors

If an issue occurs that is determined to be the direct result of an error on our end—such as sending the wrong item, size, or color—we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly. This may include sending a replacement or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and to track their package once shipped. Any disputes regarding delivery should first be directed to the shipping carrier.

5. Agreement

By completing your purchase with Likha LA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are determined based on your specific destination. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, kindly input your shipping information on the checkout page. This will ensure you are provided with the most accurate cost for delivering your order to your location.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking number that was emailed to you when your order was shipped, and use the carrier website that was used for the shipment to track your oder.

How long does shipping take?

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed on the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.

Orders that are pre-orders will be shipped 3-4 weeks after the order was placed

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:

Tracking shows my label has been created, but there’s no movement. Why is this?

It may take 1 or 2 days to see your shipping update. If you don't see any changes in 2 days after shipping confirmation, please contact us. Don't forget to put your order number in the email's subject so we can help you quickly.

My package says “delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?

Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman, concierge, or even a neighbor who accepted the package in your absence. Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact us with your order number in the subject line.

My order was lost/stolen, what should I do?

LikhaLA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact us for assistance with your order number in the subject line

How do I choose the correct size?

For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.

By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

At LikhaLA, we are committed to ensuring that every product we offer meets our strict quality standards.

Given the volume of orders we process each day, it's challenging for us to catch every single imperfection. (We are human after all!)

However, rest assured, if you happen to receive an item that isn't up to par, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us, describing the issue you've encountered. Please include photographs of the defect and include your order number in the subject line.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, we are unable to accept cancellations once your order is confirmed.
